Joe Guadalupe Delgado, 75, passed August 4, 2017 at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center. Private services were at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with inurnment in Resurrection Cemetery. Contributions are suggested to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Joe was born February 1, 1942 to Antonio and Guadalupe (Oliva) Delgado in Kansas City, MO. He was a life-long area resident. Joe served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict. Joe was born February 1, 1942 to Antonio and Guadalupe (Oliva) Delgado in Kansas City, MO. He was a life-long area resident. Joe served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict. He worked for American Lithographers for more than 30 years where he retired as a folder operator. On November 28, 1972 he married Elizabeth Ann Flynn. Together they raised 6 girls. Joe loved to make Dream Catchers and also loved baseball. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Julia Borjon and Mariana Oliva; and a brother, John Delgado.

Survivors include his wife of nearly 45 years, Elizabeth Ann Delgado; 6 daughters, Paula Quijas, Linda Delgado, Victoria Lewis and husband, Charles Lewis, Jr., Janice Bardwell and husband, Shawn, Consuelo Delgado Hartman and husband, Michael, Marian Frost and husband, John; 14 grandchildren, Anna, Jeremiah, Matthew, Lindsey, Charles, III, Jakob, Kali, Hannah, Nathan, Brandon, Payge, Jonnathon, Eva, and Adriana; 10 great-grandchildren, Donavin, Jackson, Weston, Roman, Dominic, D'mitri, Marcela, Tre, Payton and Paige; and a sister, Antonia; and several nieces and nephews.
